This coil was chemically cleaned in place because of its size (47"x98") and location. It was the best test area to demonstrate how dirty your coils can get.This coil is cleaned almost annually because of its use in a commercial environment, but you can see what just a year can do to some units. Here the chemical is first reacting to the dirt and oil impacted in this coil.

The foaming agent is pushing the grime stuck between the fins of the coil to the top. Where we then rinse it off and visually check the coil for bad spots, corroded fittings, and if there is more dirt to clean.

This is our last round of cleaning, as you can see the right is almost spotless after its 2nd cleaning. The left side is about to be treated for the final time and will look as clean as the right. See what a deep chemical cleaning will do for your system.
